Growing up as an emotionally sensitive child, I later understand how vital it is to express our emotions in a timely, constructive, and compassionate way. If I had known the importance of self-love and care earlier, some heart-felt pain might have been prevented.

 

Now, with the lessons I’ve learned, I’m passionate about teaching my children and others how to find emotional grounding and create a space where they can safely express who they truly are at core.

 

Through play-based learning and experiential activities, I want to support parents and children to strengthen their self-confidence, foster growth mindset, and cultivate kindness and compassion.

 

I believe we can create a community where all of us thrive through change, forge meaningful connections, and contribute to the world in our own unique ways.
